No problem! To reset your password, just click on the ‘forgot password’ icon and enter the email address you used to setup your account. Once you click ‘Submit’, an email will be sent to you with a new password. You can edit the new password once you’re logged in to your profile.

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout! Once you choose your item and proceed to checkout, make sure to check the final shipping cost before proceeding with the payment.

We work with Aramex and DHL, two leading global logistics providers, to ensure that your purchase is delivered safely and on time!
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express linked to foreign or external accounts. If you live in Lebanon, you can also visit one of our showrooms and pay by cash or international credit card. Payment facilities are also available. You can make a 25% down payment and get a two-month grace period, whereby you will receive your item when the full amount is settled.
Definitely! If you live in Lebanon, you can visit our showrooms to view all the items available for sale. You can contact us in advance to check in which showroom the item you’re interested in is available.
GarageLuxe does not accept any returns, but we are happy to offer our customers in Lebanon with all the assistance they might need with a newly purchased item. For more information, please go through our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

All items on the website are listed as preowned, but we also have some items that are brand new. We state the condition of the item in the item’s description. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more details about an item’s condition.
We take the quality and condition of every item we sell very seriously. Each item goes through a quality control check before consignment. Every item should be hygienic, on trend, and up to par with our quality standards.
We take pride in our thorough authentication process. Every item is checked by in-house and outsourced experts. We guarantee that every item is 100% authentic. Should one item slip through our vigorous investigation we pledge to offer 100% of the money back, if the lack of authenticity can be proven by a certified authenticator.
Not all brands produce authenticity cards and certificates. All the items we sell at GarageLuxe, however, go through a strict authentication process. We certify that items are authentic prior to showcasing them for sale.
We use the following categories to describe the condition of each item:

The good news is that all items at GarageLuxe are already discounted! However, we review our prices periodically and offer price reductions on select items.
If you’ve got your eye on a specific item but it’s sold out or not in your size, all you need to do is click on the ‘notify me’ button. You will receive an email once the item is back in stock. For any item that you wish to purchase and you cannot find on our website, kindly contact us so that we can add it to your ‘wish list’. Once the item is in stock, we will let you know via email.
GarageLuxe works on a consignment basis and does not purchase your items upfront.
- STEP ONE: Send us images of the items you wish to sell via email or WhatsApp. Our team will select the items we think fit the GarageLuxe standards for consignment.
- STEP TWO: Next you’ll have to send the selected items to our offices for authentication and pricing.
- STEP THREE: Last step is to sign the GarageLuxe consignment agreement with the agreed prices.
- STEP FOUR: Once the item gets sold, you will receive payment as per the agreement. Voila! You’re done.
GarageLuxe consigns clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, jewelry and watches from luxury designer brands like Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Balenciaga, Stella McCartney, Balmain, Dior, Gucci, Cartier, Rolex and others. Check our brand list to discover the types of brands we have! We carefully select all the items we consign, making sure that they are still trendy, hygienic, and in good condition. We return all items that are not authentic or do not fit our selection criteria.
We are super proud of our authentication process, as it is extremely thorough and precise. Each item is checked by our in-house specialists and an outsourced expert if needed. Any item that we find to be unauthentic will be returned to the owner. Should one item slip through our vigorous authentication process and gets sold, the owner has to refund the full amount he/she received from GarageLuxe as part of the consignment agreement.
Many factors are considered when pricing an item, including: the item’s retail price, market and re-sale value, condition of the item, brand value, item’s trendiness, among other things. Our team will suggest a price(s) based on all the above-mentioned factors. If you agree with the suggested price we will move on to the next step. Please note that the price suggested to you is the net amount you will receive when the item is sold.
The wait is short and sweet! We take up to 2 to 3 working days to price your item(s).
There is no exact answer to this question. The time for an item to be sold depends on a variety of factors, including the item’s condition, price, style, and brand. You can rest assured that we are working hard to ensure that your item(s) are sold in the shortest time possible. It is important to note that items with competitive prices tend to sell faster.
GarageLuxe charges a commission ranging from 20% to 40% from the selling price. As the price of the item increases, our commission percentage decreases.
You can email us or send us a message with the amount you´d like to deduct from your price and we will update it on our system.
By the end of the consignment period, we can renew the contract for any unsold item(s) for an additional period of 3 months. If you do not wish to renew, we will prepare the item(s) for you to pick up from our warehouse.
If you wish to withdraw any unsold item before the termination of the consignment period, a penalty of 5% of the agreed consignment value will be charged.
You will receive your payment two weeks after the item has been sold. Some items are sold on an installment basis, where the full amount is settled within 2 months. In those cases, the items stay at Garageluxe offices till the full amount is paid. You will receive your payment at the end of the installment period.
You will be paid either by Bank Transfer, Western Union or Cheque. You can get paid in cash if you reside in Lebanon.
