Tracking your order: You can keep track of your order while it’s on its way to you! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track your package online.
Local & International shipping: Getting your order to you is our greatest priority!
For international shipping, choose your item, proceed to checkout, and check your shipping cost before proceeding with the payment. Shipping within Lebanon is also subject to a delivery charge and will also be calculated at checkout.
Certain exotic skin items cannot be shipped to some countries. For more information about your country´s eligibility to receive a shipment of exotic skins, do not hesitate to contact us.
Customs, Taxes and Other chargesShipping to an address outside Lebanon may be subject to duties. These charges are in addition to the product’s price and the shipping fee. You are required to pay the associated tax and other duties required by your country’s governmental regulations. Your package will include a copy of your actual invoice, and the customs office will determine any applicable fees.
